We are still open and continue to service your healthcare needs safely by offering TeleHealth appointments.

If you believe you need to have a face to face consultation, for example  cervical screening, skin check, immunisations or other procedures, please phone the clinic.

How TeleHealth works:

Video Consult – your doctor will send an SMS to your phone inviting to click the link to join your consult with them.  Once you click, you will be asked to type your name and give access to your camera and microphone, your doctor will then appear on your screen.

Telephone – If you do not have a smart phone your doctor will phone you at, or as close to your scheduled time as possible.

We ask you to be prepared with your phone around the time of your appointment and to please be patient if you don’t receive your SMS or call at the exact scheduled time.

Fee Information – To assist you, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be bulk billing all children U16, pensioners and other HCC holders along with any patients who are more vulnerable to COVID-19, including if you are being treated for a chronic condition, are immune compromised, pregnant or the parent of a child aged under 12 months
