High Street Medical Clinic is a private billing medical clinic. To ensure we can provide the best care possible to you and your family an out-of-pocket fee will apply for your consultation.

- Fees for medical procedures and Nurse appointments will vary. Please ask reception for details before booking.
- Please note: To be eligible for Medicare rebates for Telehealth appointments the following criteria will apply a) been seen by a GP face to face at High Street Medical Clinic in the last 12 months; OR b) the patient is under 12 months; OR c) the patient is experiencing homelessness.
- Payment is required on the day of service. Failure to pay on the day will result in an administration fee of $10 being charged to your account.
